ComTweets is a service that makes it easy to find, follow and discuss with your coworkers and customers on twitter.com.

As an organization member, you get a customized twitter feeds sent from your coworkers and organizational accounts. Because they're so close to you, you are always on the insider scoop in your professional network. And your customers see a variety of employee voices from your organization.

Why do I want to use ComTweets in my organization?

Today's organization need to employ social media efficiently to connect with customers. ComTweets sees the revolutionary power in twitter in terms of giving a new and effective channel to organizations to talk with customers. ComTweets authenticates official accounts from your organization so customers are assured of talking to the right people. ComTweets also shows various voices from the real employees in your organization, giving much more confidence to your customers. By combining the twitter messages from all your employees, you leave a strong impression to your customers.

How do I sign up for ComTweets?

You do not need additional password to sign up for ComTweets. After you enter your email address, we will send you a confirmation email to verify the address belongs to you. Following the email, you will sign in with twitter directly, without fearing losing your twitter password or remembering another password for ComTweets.

Is ComTweets Free?

Yeah, it's completely free as of today.

Why do I need to sign in with twitter account?

Because ComTweets uses twitter, we assume you already have a twitter account. And we thought remembering another set of passwords is a headache, so we made that you only need to sign in from twitter. Your twitter account is safe with us because we never sees your password, really.

I just signed up, what do I do next?

Sit back, and watch. Yep, it's such simple.

If you want to explore more, you should check out the Links which are hottest web sites, blogs or photos your colleagues just posted, or make comments on their tweets.

Why and How do I comment on tweets?

Comments are great way to keep the conversation private to your organization. Twitter is all public, meaning all tweets are available to the general public. What if you want to make some private group discussions in your organization? Use the 'comment' button to make sure only the authenticated coworkers can see it. And, if you want to make it public anyway, check the 'send as @reply' option.

What are 'Links'?

Links are the URLs (web sites) your network people have tweeted recently. A majority of tweets are about links because they have more information than the 140 characters. ComTweets surfaces the hottest links in your network so you can quickly discover what other people are interested in right now. Think of it as a 'meme' service just for your organization.

What are 'reaches'?

Reaches measure how wide your audience is and how quickly and far your messages can travel in the twitter network. Reaches is the sum of followers from all people in your network. Check out for example @comcastcares, @MSWindows etc. ComTweets shows the official account in your organization so it's easy for your customers and employees to watch what you say. Comtweets is an aggregation tool for connecting company employees and customers. The site is not affiliated with any other companies on the site. The tweets do not represent the sites. If you have legal copyrights to the content, please notify us and we will take them down upon notice.

I got a message saying some problems occurred, what do I do next?

Sorry, there might be a problem on the server. While we're making sure this won't happen, sometimes a bug sneaked through. Some causes could be:

• twitter.com has sent us an error message.
• There's a problem with your connection.
• It could be an issue with your browser's cookies settings.
• You might have logged out of ComTweets from another browser window.
• We're being stupid.
